6. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Any information related to transactions is handled by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.

9. Subscription Billing and Authorization

By signing up for a free trial or subscription service, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method (credit card, debit card, or other approved payment method) for all applicable fees as described during the signup process. This authorization includes: (a) Initial subscription fees upon conversion from free trial to paid subscription (b) Recurring subscription fees according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, annual, etc.) (c) Any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges (d) Overage charges if you exceed your plan limits You acknowledge that subscription fees will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and current.

10. Free Trial Restrictions and Abuse Prevention

Free trials are limited to one per user and are intended for legitimate evaluation of our service. Creating multiple accounts, using different email addresses, payment methods, or any other means to obtain additional free trials constitutes fraudulent abuse of our system and is strictly prohibited. Such activities may violate applicable laws and will result in: (a) Immediate termination of all associated accounts (b) Forfeiture of any remaining trial or subscription time (c) Potential legal action to recover damages We employ various technical and manual methods to detect and prevent free trial abuse. Any attempt to circumvent these measures will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

11. Usage Limits and Fair Use Policy

Your subscription plan includes specific monthly limits for comp reports and other features as described in your plan details. You agree to use the Service within these limits and in accordance with our fair use policy. Excessive use that significantly exceeds normal usage patterns or attempts to circumvent usage limits may result in: (a) Temporary throttling or suspension of service (b) Additional overage charges as specified in your plan (c) Required upgrade to a higher-tier plan (d) Account suspension for repeated violations We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and determine what constitutes excessive or abusive use at our sole discretion.

12. Plan Changes and Billing Adjustments

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. Plan changes take effect as follows: (a) Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the current billing cycle (b) Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (c) Unused credits or features from higher-tier plans do not carry over when downgrading (d) Refunds are not provided for downgrades or plan changes You will be notified of any billing adjustments resulting from plan changes before they are processed.

13. Account Sharing and Access Restrictions

Your account is licensed for use by a single individual or business entity only. You are strictly prohibited from: (a) Sharing your login credentials with any third party (b) Allowing multiple users to access your account simultaneously (c) Creating multiple accounts for the same business entity (d) Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service (e) Using automated systems to access multiple accounts Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate account termination and may subject you to additional liability for unauthorized use.

14. Data Retention and Account Termination

Upon cancellation or termination of your account, we will handle your data as follows: (a) You will have 30 days after cancellation to export any data you wish to retain (b) Account data, including reports and property analyses, will be permanently deleted 90 days after cancellation (c) Billing and transaction records may be retained longer as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (d) We are not responsible for data loss resulting from account cancellation or termination You are solely responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve before your account is terminated.

15. Service Availability and Maintenance

16. Non-Disclosure of Property Data
