ChatARV - Find Property Comps and Generate an Offer 10x Faster

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a binding contract between you ("Affiliate," "You" or "you") and chatARV Inc. ("chatARV," "we," or "us") governing your application to and participation in the chatARV Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with this Agreement, the chatARV Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

SECTION 1. PROGRAM APPLICATION

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information during your application.
chatARV reserves sole discretion to approve or deny applications and may change eligibility criteria at any time.
By applying, you consent to be contacted about your application and Program participation via email or phone.

SECTION 2. PROGRAM RULES

By joining, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the FTC Endorsement Guidelines.
Follow chatARV's Affiliate Code of Conduct (see Exhibit A).
Make all required disclosures when promoting chatARV, as outlined in Exhibit B (Disclosure Requirements).
Avoid deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including spamming, cookie-stuffing, or false claims.

Failure to comply will result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

SECTION 3. COMPENSATION

Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate link via firstpromoter.com to track referrals.

How You Earn Commissions:

You earn a commission when a referred user ("Prospect"):

Clicks your affiliate link and signs up for chatARV within 90 days.
Maintains an active paid account for at least a month without refund or chargeback.

Commission Rates:

Default Commission Structure:

New Customer Signup: 100% of the first month's subscription cost

Note: Commission rates may be customized for individual promoters based on specific agreements. Your personalized rate structure will be communicated to you upon acceptance into the program.

Commissions are based on net revenue received by chatARV, excluding taxes and refunds.

Payout Terms:

Paid monthly on the 15th for eligible commissions over $50 USD.
Payments are processed via a third-party payment provider (e.g., PayPal/Stripe).

Exclusions:

No commissions for self-referrals or fraudulent signups.
Chargebacks/refunds will result in commission reversals.

SECTION 4. RESTRICTIONS

No bidding on "chatARV" branded keywords in paid ads.
No misrepresentation of chatARV or unauthorized discounts.
No targeting of sanctioned countries or entities.
Affiliates may not induce existing chatARV customers to cancel and re-sign up under a new link.

SECTION 5. TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues until terminated.
chatARV may terminate at any time for violation of rules, fraud, or inactivity.
Termination results in loss of unpaid commissions.

SECTION 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

chatARV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this Program. Maximum liability is limited to unpaid earned commissions.

SECTION 7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative lawsuit.

EXHIBIT A – CODE OF CONDUCT

Affiliates must:

Represent chatARV honestly and accurately.
Avoid misleading claims about property valuation or platform capabilities.
Disclose affiliate relationships (per FTC guidelines).
Use only approved branding and assets.

EXHIBIT B – DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with chatARV in any promotion.

Example:

"As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you sign up for chatARV through my link. I only recommend tools I use and trust."
